PVC Insulated Appliances Wires :

These are PVC coated electrical wires and cables used in electronic and electrical equipment. They are composed of a conductor and cover and those comply with the UL standard. We are providing appliance wire with UL style UL 1007, UL 156, UL 1015, UL 1015 wires etc.

PVC insulated wires with bare copper & tin plated copper are also provided with complying to IS 694 standard.

XLPE Insulated Appliances Wires :

We are providing various XLPE insulated 90 Deg C, 125 Deg C & 150 Deg C rated wires. These wires are available with various UL compliances. for 150 Deg C XLPE wires special Electron-beam process is done over xlpe wire that increase the temperature range & physical properties of wire.

High Temperature Appliance Wires

A) Fiber Glass Insulated Wires :

Fiber glass insulated wire is manufactured with multiple choice of conductor bare copper, tinned copper, nickel plated copper & pure nickel. Conductor is selected according to the specific application & environmental circumstances.

Features:

• Temperature range up to 400 Deg C.
• Flame retardant
• Flexible
• Superb thermal resistance & chemical resistance

Applications: Appliances, Heaters, furnaces, Motor leads etc.

B) Silicon Insulated wire ( 180 ° C):

Silicon is most flexible elastomeric compound that’s why silicon is used where higher flexibility is needed. We are providing solutions with silicon lead wire with bare copper & tin plated copper conductors.

• Maximum continues conductor temperature up to 180 Deg C
• Excellent flexibility
• Oil & water resistance
• Flame retardant & Halogen free

Applications: Appliances, slow cookers, lighting fixtures, Furnace & Ovens etc.

C) Silicon Insulation & Fiber Braided Wires :

Silicon with fiber glass braiding exhibits excellent heat resisting properties & can work up to maximum temperature up to 200 °C. This cable is for use in a variety of high temperature applications as a single conductor, flexible apparatus and lead wire.

Features:

• Glass outer braid, with a moisture and heat resistant finish
• High temperature locations with limited mechanical abuse
• Maximum continuous conductor temperature: 200°C DRY

Applications: Furnace & Ovens, Motor leads & transformers.
